Return Policy

You are entitled to an exchange or refund within fifteen days of your purchase. Please note that the product must be returned unused, in original packaging, and including all tags. In order to return, please request an Return Authorization (RA) number by emailing customerservice@rvnnyc.com with your order number, specifying which item(s) you wish to return or exchange. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, please specify your new size when requesting your RA number. All returns will be credited back to the customer's original payment method.

RVN deducts $7.95 from your credit card/store credit refund to cover the cost of return of each order.

By charging this amount, we are able to offer our FREE outbound shipping costs and offer our customers the chance to purchase fabulous designer products at an even more irresistible price.

In case of refund, neither the original shipping cost nor the return shipping cost will be reimbursed. If your order was sent to a destination within the US or Canada, sales tax will be refunded. Outside the US and Canada, customs duties and taxes are non-refundable. 

Please note refunds will be processed within five business days once received, but depending on your banking institution's processing time, posting of your refund may vary.
